• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

Each member is fully responsible for the management and security of their account at spinsini. This responsibility includes the following:

• Ensuring that the account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Updating personal information whenever any changes occur, including mobile phone number and email address.
• Notifying spinsini immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not allowing any third party to access or use your account, whether voluntarily or otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first bonus of 120% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount or total balance. Only real money wagers (not bonus funds) qualify towards the wagering requirement in certain cases — please refer to the specific offer details for further clarification.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible offer, unless stated otherwise.
• spinsini reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

The spinsini VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates that increase with each membership tier. Players are promoted based on their activity record and playing commitment on the platform.

All games available on the spinsini platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and Teen Patti — are operated according to the respective rules set by the game developers and spinsini's internal policies.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, for live dealer games, by physical processes conducted live by licensed dealers.
• Results displayed on screen after a round is completed are final, unless a technical error verified by our team has occurred.
• Sports betting is subject to odds changes that occur before an event begins. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a technical disruption or internet connection issue during a game session, spinsini will work to restore the game state to the last correctly recorded point.

Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, use automated software or bots to play, or interfere with the game system in any way is a serious violation that will result in immediate action against the account in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spinsini platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance without a refund:

• Registering or using more than one account by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Colluding between two or more accounts to influence game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform system — players who discover such vulnerabilities are asked to report them to our team.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the spinsini platform or other players' data.
• Impersonating another player or a member of the spinsini team.

Accounts on the spinsini platform may be closed under the following circumstances:

spinsini provides its platform services on an as-available basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. For situations beyond our control, the following applies:

• spinsini is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions due to system maintenance, third-party failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• spinsini is not liable for betting decisions made based on information that was misinterpreted or misunderstood by the player.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect payouts, spinsini reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the relevant account balance accordingly.

spinsini's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the disputed incident.

spinsini reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon the latest version being published on this website.

We will endeavour to notify registered members of any material amendments via email or an in-platform notice. However, the responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically lies with the player.
